I worked directly with Courtney during the Department of Revenue’s Trucking Portal project. Our group was tasked with designing and fabricating the foundation and framework for a new commercial vehicle application utilizing C# .Net, MVC, and Oracle with a third-party vendor payment interface.

Courtney’s part of the project was to create a GUI that would be developed into the new look for the department’s web applications. His job was to build the view and controller logic with HTML, CSS, JScript, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, and MVC as the tools. His results were impressive.

There have been few times in my life and career during which I have had the opportunity to work with individuals that defined the word talent. Courtney is an example of one of those people. The combination of talent, intelligence, and motivation would make him an asset in any IT arena.
