Is the first step of the design process where I will work together with the team members to develop an understanding of the problem or the ideas they are trying to solve, and define the path that we will take to explore solutions.

Designing and planning will result in less mistakes down the line and will save the client having to rewire their design/development because something was missed. Planning the projects is an important first for any projects, whether redesign or new build, as it is crucial for a smooth design/development of multiple technologies.

Research shapes everything in a business. The product, the target market, the future goals. How we do our research defines everything, from success to failure.

I believe driving customer engagement through user experience is important. Preparing mockups or wireframes of an app is necessary for designers and also creates a lot of conversation with the clients. This builds our relationship with the clients to meet the goals.

By defining the technology and completing the design/prototype, we now move forward to developing the product. I will manage the different development phases in projects that define our outcome. I work closely with the development team members to make sure that we stay on task and follow the design/prototype that is approved by the organization.

Testing should be happening at every point in the process as an integral part of an iterative design process. With that thought in mind, it is important to establish a structured framework for user testing throughout the design process. Organization will have no problem launching a great product.
